The 2011 Kia Rio features a 5-speed manual transmission and 14" steel wheels with center caps. This trim also includes manual door locks, a 12-volt power outlet in the front, and full cloth seat trim. 
The all new 2011 Kia Rio LX offers an electronically-controlled 4-speed automatic transmission with 4-wheel anti-lock brakes and rear disc brakes. This trim also features full cloth seat trim, an air conditioning system, and an EcoMinder indicator.
